An important but often neglected area to address is your feet. You have tendons (plantar fascia) running under your feet attaching to the Achilles’ tendon and further up into your calves.

In fact, fascia connects throughout your whole body, so releasing your feet will also begin to release your calves, hamstrings and even your back. If you have problems with your Achilles, calves, knees or hamstrings this simple massage will make a big difference.

You need to stand on a tennis ball and run it back and forth over the underside of your foot.  Press down as hard as you can and cover all of the foot. Aim for a minute of two on each foot and build up
