Calf raises are a great way to strengthen calves and feet and protect ourselves from painful injuries such as achilles tendinopathy and plantar fasciitis. Physiotherapist recommend that we should all be able to complete 30 single leg calf raises for optimal foot function and movement. We’ve been practicing this week in classes. How many can you do?
