Step 1
You’ll  complete a questionnaire  to give me a good idea of your history, current eating patterns and goals.
Step 2
I will preprepare a plan for our initial consultation, including actions and meal plans,
Step 3
We meet to discuss and agree your action plan and meet again to review and discuss progress after 3 weeks and 6 weeks.
