Seniors Mobility Classes

This ten week course combines yoga and pilates and movement for older clients. If you’re noticing aches and creaks as you’re aging this class is just what you need to help you feel stronger, more flexible and mobile. Designed for an older client this is a slower class that will strengthen your core, improve your balance, help your day to day tasks feel a bit easier. This is a pre pay in studio class

 

What makes Core Healthy Yoga different to other Yoga classes?

My classes help you to strengthen your core, glutes, back, to improve posture and prevent injuries.  We include balance and mobility to improve functional strength and movement
