Yoga or Pilates? What’s the difference?

There’s a huge overlap between the two but essentially yoga has standing postures and flowing movement interspersed with holding positions, creating flexibility and strength. Whereas Pilates is on your mat, challenging your core muscles (think corset around your torso) to stay stable whilst your legs and or arms complete repetitive moves to create strength and flexibility.
