Yoga

Don’t practice yoga to get better at yoga;

   practice yoga to get better at living.

A regular yoga practice helps you feel stronger, more flexible, calmer and helps you lose weight. My classes are designed by  physical therapy to focus on correct posture, core engagement, functional movement and relaxation

Every class is different but I use a mix of muscle activation and vinyasa flows to improve posture, and functional movement to create a mental and physical balance.  I want you to feel energized, strong and in control of your body.  To take better movement from your yoga mat and into whatever you do off your mat

My classes are mixed ability and mixed gender but I have men only classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.  These are pre-pay ten weeks terms.
